If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, any remaining real-money PHP balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. If the closure follows a confirmed breach, 13win may retain the balance in accordance with applicable policies.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned after pending transactions are settled.

13win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.

• 13win is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or delays caused by third-party payment providers or network issues.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, opportunity, or funds resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Our liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in their account at the time of the relevant incident.
